INGREDIENTS

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) heavy cream
  • ½ cup (tea) sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Red berries for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish with red berries before serving.
