Cocoa Biscuits
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 coffee cup of melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp softened butter with salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp 70% cocoa powder
- ½ cup (tea) sweetener (erythritol or xylitol)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: coconut flour, cinnamon, sweetener, salt, and cocoa. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: coconut oil, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Mix well. Make small balls with the dough and roll them in sweetener. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
