Cocoa Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 coffee cup of melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp softened butter with salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp 70% cocoa powder
  • ½ cup (tea) sweetener (erythritol or xylitol)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: coconut flour, cinnamon, sweetener, salt, and cocoa. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: coconut oil, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Mix well. Make small balls with the dough and roll them in sweetener. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
