Microwave Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp ricotta cream cheese
  • Salt and oregano to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients in a mixer or blender. If there are ingredients with a distinct texture (sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, walnut flakes, etc.), add them to the batter after blending. Pour the batter into a mug and microwave for an average time of 1 minute and 40 seconds. Each microwave has its own time. What matters is that you tap the mug lightly after the time is complete, and the bread will come off the mug’s sides.
