Pesto Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups (tea) fresh basil leaves
  • ½ cup (tea) pine nuts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup (tea) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) olive oil
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender or food processor, combine the basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth. Gradually add the olive oil until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt.
