Poached Egg

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass (200ml) of vinegar
  • 1 liter of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Break the egg into a container and set aside. In a pan, bring water and vinegar to a boil. Reduce the heat, stir the water until it forms a “whirlpool,” and place the egg in the middle. Let it cook for 3 minutes, remove, and cool in water if you want a runny yolk. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
