Avocado and Cheese Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 150g mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Olive oil for dressing
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, combine the avocados, mozzarella cheese, tomato, red onion, and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Mix well and serve.
