Chicken and Leek Broth

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 liter of chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

In a pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and garlic. Add the chicken breast and cook until golden brown. Add the leeks and chicken broth. Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
