Chicken Soufflé
INGREDIENTS
- 500g chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) heavy cream
- 1 cup (tea) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (tea) chopped spinach
- Salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, shredded chicken, and chopped spinach. Season with salt and black pepper. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
