Salad with Ceviche

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g white fish fillet, diced
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • Chopped cilantro to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, marinate the fish in lemon juice for at least 30 minutes. Add the cucumber, avocado, tomato, onion, and cilantro. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well and serve.
