White Fish Fillet in Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 white fish fillets (tilapia, hake, or other)
  • 1 glass (200ml) of heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

In a pan, melt the butter and cook the fish fillets on both sides until golden brown. Add the heavy cream, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
