Tuna Pan Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans (180g each) tuna in water, drained
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup (tea) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Tomato sauce, cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, combine the tuna, eggs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and top with tomato sauce, cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
